About
A fintech application in the mould of Payoneer or Coinbase — hold funds in crypto, convert to and from local fiat, keep balances, request and send payments, and trade.
What I built
- Built the interactive frontend in Tailwind and Blade components: wallet views, balance displays, transfer flows and transaction states.
Outcome
The engagement ended before the banking and finance backend was built, and the project was left pending.
What I took away
- Building a convincing fintech interface against a backend that does not exist yet forces you to define the contract precisely — which turned out to be the useful part.
- Component-driven Blade with Tailwind can carry genuinely complex interfaces without reaching for a SPA framework.
